Food orders that are to be shipped normally go out UPS. The cost of shipping does vary as it is determined by the weight of the product(s) and the distance the package must travel to get to you. Keep in mind that the average cost to ship a 12oz case (12 cans) is approximately $20-$30. This may seem expensive, but it is the best way to ensure that your package(s) get to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. During the winter months here in New England (November-March), we do ship out our frozen products. Location is key when shipping out frozen products, as our store does not include dry ice in your package(s). We do insulate the products as best as possible, and our shipper does include ice packs within the box, but please be aware that you may receive your product(s) thawed in some manner--this applies to whether you live on the East Coast or as far as the West Coast. We are glad to ship any products you may need. If you place an order for both dry and frozen products, you will receive two separate shipments with two different shipping costs--Reason being, we do not package frozen food and dry food in the same box.
